Our Mission

Empowering young athletes through a holistic approach to wellness, resilience, and skill development.

So Much More Than X’s and O’s

Our program is about much more than learning plays and running drills. While mastering the fundamentals of football is essential, we believe in preparing our athletes for success both on and off the field. Here’s what sets our program apart:

Strength and Conditioning: Building Resilience and Power

Developing Strength and Agility: Many young athletes have limited experience with strength training. We focus on building a foundation of strength, power, speed, and agility, teaching exercises that improve explosive movement and protect joints—especially the knees—by strengthening the glutes.

The Science of Power: Improving speed, quickness, and overall power comes down to simple physics. When athletes increase their strength, they generate more power, which allows them to perform at higher levels. We build this power through progressive resistance training, using bodyweight, dumbbells, machines, and tubing.

Nutrition for Performance: Fueling the Body Right

Optimizing Power-to-Weight Ratio: Nutrition is a key factor in an athlete’s performance. By teaching athletes how to eat, what to eat, and where to find quality food sources, we empower them to maintain high energy levels, avoid excess weight gain, and reduce health risks. Our goal is to equip athletes with knowledge they can carry for a lifetime.

Recovery and Injury Prevention: Rebuilding and Strengthening

Recover Stronger: Recovery isn’t just about rest; it’s about rebuilding and preventing injuries. We incorporate scientifically-backed recovery methods, such as stretching, mobility exercises, and rest strategies, to help athletes bounce back quickly and reduce the risk of overuse injuries. By prioritizing recovery, we set them up for long-term success.

The Science of Hydration: Staying at Peak Performance

Hydration for Stamina and Focus: Proper hydration is essential for stamina, focus, and overall health. Our athletes learn how to stay hydrated for practices, games, and recovery, understanding how hydration impacts every aspect of performance and wellness.

Mental Health and Resilience: Strength of Mind and Body

Building a Growth Mindset: We recognize that mental health is critical in athletics. Our program includes resources and support for mental well-being, teaching athletes techniques to manage stress, build resilience, and develop a mindset focused on growth and perseverance.

Mixed Sports Training (MST): Expanding Athletic Versatility

Cross-Sport Movement Patterns: MST introduces athletes to movement patterns from various sports, enhancing overall athleticism. By teaching skills from multiple sports, we help prevent repetitive injuries and reduce the risk of burnout. Our athletes develop coordination, balance, and agility, gaining a competitive edge over those limited to specific movement patterns.

Our Commitment

At G3 Girls Got Game, we don’t just teach football; we foster a holistic approach to athletic development. Our program combines strength, nutrition, recovery, and mental health alongside skill-building, making it so much more than just Xs and Os.

The Teran family’s collective experience, combined with Eric Campos’s visionary strategies, fuels the mission of G3: to create strong, well-rounded athletes ready to excel in sports and in life. Together, we’re here to inspire, motivate, and transform the next generation.
