Who:
- High & Junior High School girls
- Teams of 10 players each
What:
- Format: 7-on-7, using CIF Flag Football rules
- Games Guaranteed: 6 regular-season games (9 game for teams that make the finals)
- Coaching: Optional (focus is on getting more reps and experience)
When
- Dates: March 14, 21, April 11, 25, May 2 (Playoffs May 9)
- Saturdays 3:30 – 5:30pm
Where:
- All games played at Yorba Linda High School fields
Cost:
- $85 per athlete

100% of 2025 Spring League teams made CIF Playoffs last Fall
